1-Hour Topical Training Programs

These ready-made programs cover topical items ranging from team culture to conflict resolution. They can be completed in 1 hour and come with all of the tools you’ll need to cover the information in the program (i.e. instructions, learning materials, additional resources).

Á La Carte Programs are ready-to-order and offer the option to be consultant-led or self-led. Consultant-led programs are single-use and more affordable, whereas self-led programs cost a bit more but can be redistributed by your organization as needed. Self-led programs also come with a presenter’s guide.

The Roadmap Package

The Roadmap Package is the perfect solution for business needing a ready-to-order leadership training program but want a little bit of customization, too.

First, choose from any of the topical Á La Carte Programs. Then we’ll work together to plan your organization’s Roadmap, which will help you assess where you are, where you’re going, and how to get there.

With the Roadmap Package, you can also add a second or third Á La Carte Program (1 hour each) expanding your leadership training for a more affordable price.

The Roadmap Package is consultant-led only, but you can add pre-program observational hours if desired. This opportunity lets me observe your team within the context of your chosen Á La Carte Program, allowing me to make better, more relevant suggestions for your Custom Roadmap.

Custom Leadership Program

Tailor-Made Just For You

The Custom Leadership Program is the ultimate option in leadership services. When you book a Custom Program, you can fully customize your leadership development program from the ground up. From new manager training to full employee onboarding, we can put together a program that is tailor-made to meet your business’s unique needs.

Through a series of phone calls and/or video chats (or even in-person meetings post-pandemic), we’ll talk about your team’s needs and how we can build a program to educate and empower your leaders.

Each Custom Program comes with 3 consultations, each 1-hour in length. We’ll make sure you’re completely satisfied with the content of your program before the end of our last consultation. If desired, you can also opt for additional consultations or observational hours to make sure your Custom Program is a one-of-a-kind success.

Your leadership program can be designed to be self-led or consultant-led, whichever works best for your organization.
